Assembly: Our warranty is 1 year or 1000 hours, depending on. But on some special project, we can extend our warranty period.
2. Q: Does not the generator have global guarantees?
Assembling: Yes, we supply under warranty. Also, most of our products like Deutz, Cummins, Doosan ,, Yuchai Weichai etc.Generator use global warranty service. And as we use the Stamford alternator and marathon also enjoy global warranty service so that you do not need to worry about after-sales service.
3. Q. Can I agree with OEM?
Assembly: Yes, we can agree with the equipment manufacturer.
4.W .: What are your payment terms?
Assembling: we can take T / T 30% in advance, and the balance of 70% is paid before shipment or L / C in the sight glass. But on some special projects and special ones with that, we can do something for payment.
5.V.: What is your delivery time?
